My name is Christian Scott Thomas — born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, where I was immersed in the restaurant industry from the very beginning. From diners to upscale dining rooms, I built my craft in some of New York's most demanding kitchens, learning early on that hospitality isn't just a job — it's a calling.
In 2001, family brought me to Texas, and I've proudly called the New Braunfels area home ever since. Over the past 15+ years, I've grown gochristiango into a trusted name for both private catering and personal assistant services — serving executives, professionals, and families who expect nothing short of excellence.
